Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped

If an oder is cancelled,we will refund the full amount paid, excluding any delivery or shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancelled order or returned product.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  • For exchanges, please specify the product you'd like to exchange it for.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  2. Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA).
  3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the AFSA rules, and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.

The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa for the purpose of enforcing any award or judgment.

9. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sarbhonia Trading.
  • We may amend these Terms at any time.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
