Cancellation Policy
At Sarbhonia Trading, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients. If you need to cancel your order or service, please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped.

- If an order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid, excluding any delivery or shipping costs.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancelled order or returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- For exchanges, please specify the product you'd like to exchange it for.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Once we receive the returned product, we'll process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
Service Cancellation:
- Service cancellations can be made by providing written notice to our customer service team.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
